Rebate-A-Cause is an Ontario-based company that wanted to expand their business, evaluate their strategy, and enter the US market. Waldron Holdings helped develop a completely new strategy. Rebate a Cause also called on Waldron Holdings to execute their strategy by retaining our team to fil the roles of President and COO.

In the United States, Waldron Holdings created a new Delaware Corporation as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Rebate-A-Cause, including all corporate documents, board of directors and registration. Then we went to work. In just two months, Waldron Holdings increased their merchant partners by 600%, established and trained a new system for new Account Executives, and designed all sales support materials, including draft proposals and contracts. After our work was completed, Rebate-A-Cause had a new business with a formal system for closing sales which is easy to repeat with new Account executives. Their sales have never been better. In addition to our fees, Waldron Holdings received a significant amount of equity in Rebate-A-Cause for our services.
