Aztec Equity Partners LP, a Venture Capital fund, retained our Managing
Director to design and launch their $250 Million fundraising effort. Aztec
used our expertise to raise capital, recruit multiple business partners, and
build value-added services for portfolio companies. Aztec considers investments across a range of industries and
target markets, but focuses primarily on companies in the "green technology"
markets (also known as clean technology) which include technologies related
to water purification, air quality, nanotechnology, alternative fuels,
"green" materials, recycling, renewable energy, and other environmentally
friendly technologies.
